Winners of the 2023 Queenstown Business awards were announced at a special awards ceremony held Saturday night, 4th November at Walter Peak High Country Farm.

Over 200 businesspeople attended the ceremony to celebrate the best in Queenstown business.

Comedian Nick Rado kept the crown entertained throughout the ceremony and a very special guest ‘Mist’, one of Walter Peaks working dogs delivered the envelope with the Supreme winner’s name to the stage, much to the surprise and delight of the crowd.

New awards entrant and Best Emerging Business finalist Country Lane Queenstown took out the coveted ‘People Choice’ award, and Canyon Brewing won the special Air New Zealand mentorship prize, winning a day of inspiration and learning with Air New Zealand’s senior leadership team.

“It was amazing to see so many businesses get together and celebrate their achievements” says Sharon Fifield, Queenstown Business Chief Executive, “The awards are only held every two years so it’s a very special accolade for the finalists and winners to have the hard work they put into their business each and every day recognised.”
